Who We Are

The Centenary Foundation is a non-profit organization under the Centenary Rural Development Group (Centenary Group), a conglomerate dedicated to empowering Uganda’s communities through socially responsible investments and impactful community development programs. Established to further the Group and Catholic Church’s mission of social transformation, Centenary Foundation leads initiatives across Uganda to address pressing social challenges in education, health, environmental sustainability, and social welfare. Through strategic partnerships with public and private stakeholders, we create pathways for poverty alleviation, skill-building, health promotion, environmental stewardship, and climate resilience. Our programs align with Uganda’s national development aspirations and global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly focusing on poverty reduction (SDG 1), quality education (SDG 4), clean energy (SDG 7), and climate action (SDG 13).
